VertiFlex at the Maintenance 2025 Conference – Intralogistics that supports production continuity
In March 2025, we had the pleasure of participating in an industry conference dedicated to maintenance, where we presented our approach to spare parts warehouse organisation as a key element in ensuring uninterrupted production.
During the presentation, we presented comprehensive warehouse automation solutions that have a real impact on the efficiency and safety of maintenance processes. We discussed, among other things, the use of Weland lift racks and our proprietary WCS system – VertiNode, which provides full control over resources and integrates with customer systems.
The key topics covered in the presentation included:
- fast and intuitive access to parts and tools,
- ergonomics and work safety,
- system flexibility and expandability,
- full user and usage history traceability,
- ready-made integration modules with ERP and CMMS,
- automatic notifications of critical stock levels,
- and many other features supporting the UR department.
There was also practical information, such as project implementation time, installation and operator training, as well as a service offer ensuring the continuity of equipment operation.
We are convinced that a modern approach to spare parts warehouse management can significantly reduce downtime and increase production efficiency – and our presentation was met with great interest from industry specialists.
