How was this year's Eastlog conference?
The 28th edition of one of the largest logistics conferences in the Czech Republic was excellent and once again pushed the boundaries set in previous years.
This was also true of our participation in the EASTLOG conference, which took place on 29 May at the O2 Universum in Prague. This year, we officially presented ourselves together for the first time – VertiFlex and LogTech under a unified visual style, and you could officially find us in four places, but of course, as always, we were ‘full house’. Right at the entrance to the hall, visitors couldn't miss our exhibition of the Compact Twin vertical stacker, which is already a regular favourite stop for anyone interested in lift solutions, as they can test the double extractor in action and see how it works up to twice as fast as conventional tower systems.
Our stand on the first floor, which is traditionally located opposite the entrance to the main hall, is also a popular stop for visitors interested in the automation and robotisation of logistics operations. Both companies also actively participated in the BizLOG lunchtime event, where Petra Olsson from VertiFlex and Aleš Sítek from LogTech had a full schedule of speed-dating meetings. A number of meetings took place at our stand after BizLOG ended. The last place where we presented our achievements was on stage, where we presented a case study of a robotic warehouse with Shelf-to-Person technology for the distribution warehouse of K&V Elektro.
This year's EASTLOG once again brought a number of interesting meetings and new business opportunities, for which we are grateful, because we are pleased that the presentation of the results of our work inspires new companies to think about automation and robotisation of their operations.
